was formed and organized as a service frasority organization of male and female particularly in colleges and universities, or within the community associated by their common goals, endeavors, professions, or lifestyle in purpose of fostering a true brotherhood and sisterhood in the one they represent.
This fraternity and sorority shall be honored and recognized as the TAU MU KAPPA PHI SIGMA, here in after referred as the TRESMANOS KAMARADA Fraternity and Sorority effective on March 17, 1996 at Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines
declaration of policy is the policy of 1996 tau mu kappa phi sigma tresmanos kamarada frasority
to promote the standard of fraternal services, committees, members, and fellow tresmanos shall discharge their duties with utmost
responsibility, integrity, competence, and loyalty.

is voluntary and propotionately for any male or female within any college, university, or in any part of the society
character, ability, and willingness to participate shall be the basis of eligibilty for membership.
